1. How can I place an order?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and view past purchases easily.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure PayU Money payment gateway.


4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can also log in to your My Pixel account to check order status.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at support@mypixel.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and product photo — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible — but you may still request a return after delivery.


8. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.


9. Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. All payments on My Pixel are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card or payment details.
